Sounds to me like you may have an Amel (amelanistic = lacking black) since you mentioned the white "bands" (borders) around the red "spots" (saddles). In other words, your snake should be a red and white combination with maybe some differences in color shade here and there. A picture would help to be certain, but your description is good enough.
She sounds like a sweet girl......maybe a tad bigger than normal corns but not too much. Adults can average between 4-5 feet pretty frequently, though most of the factors that can determine size would be feeding schedule, parentage/heritage, etc. Hope this may have helped some.
