Question KSB question - sick?

I have three anery KSB babies that I bought from someone and they are not eating. He was feeding them live, but I have been unable to get them to eat anything on their own... not live, f/t, brained.. etc.
On top of them not eating they keep shedding. At least 2 times a month. I don't get it. They seem healthy enough, if a little on the small side.

I am at my wits end with these things. Any advice would be wonderful.

How big is your enclosure? The way I keep babies is individually housed in a shoe box size (6 qt) sterilite box, small hide, small water bowl, in aspen for about 7 days with no contact before feeding. Then I thaw a small pinky in very HOT water, dry it gently and offer it on tongs right near the baby's face, but far enough away that they don't see me so they think it's live. If they refuse, they get 4 more days with no human contact and we try again.
