Angry New Rescue

I just got this guy about an hour ago. Some MORON moved out of an apartment and left this guy to die. A friend of mine called and asked if I would take it. He looks skinny and a little dehydrated but with a little tlc he should come around. How hard would it have been for the owner to take it to a pet store? It doesn't make sense to me. Well, he will have the good life now.

Good for you Dennis! Be sure to keep it quarantined for a while. Good luck and post a new pick when you get him fattened up.

Pretty good lookin snake actually. I wouldn't say skinny though. Could use a little, but it don't look bad.

Like you said, a little TLC and it'll come around.

Good going!

Hey Dennis, I'm originally from Steubenville, right across the river from you. It's nice to know that she's now with someone who will treat her right.

I'll never understand why so many people think animals are simply "disposable", like a childs toy no longer played with....

At least she's in a safe place now....good luck with her, she looks like she'll shape up just fine in no time.

Thanks for the comments. Art,he is in the game room far away from the snake room. My wife isn't real happy but she'll live. he he he. I'm running out of places to quarantine. He was crawling around and exploring the new cage. In a couple days I'll try to feed him. I thought he was skinny, maybe my snakes are too fat. LOL Take care.

So much for waiting a few days. I was feeding so I figured I would bring one out to him. There was no hesitation, so my guess is he'll be ok. Just wanted to show a couple pics.
