For the west coasters-Desert Tortoise

after the Red Eft photo for the eastern herpers, figured I should represent us westerners. There is a spot in the Mojave area where I camp at least once a year. I have found at least one Desert tortoise (from a little bigger than a quarter to full grown) every year for over 15 years, except for 2004. I was bummed that my streak fell.
