Home built racks

Where can I get PVC board for making my own racks? Also, how thick should I get?

I got mine at Lowe's a long time ago. They are 1/2 inch.

I use 12mm (1/2 inch, basically) , and found a local-ish plastics supplier (Midland Plastics) who sells full sheets and will also cut them down to manageable size.

I have found that local plastic suppliers are usually the best source. There are lots of online suppliers, but the cost of shipping makes small orders prohibitively expensive. Not all of them carry expanded PVC, which is probably what you want. 12mm or 12.7mm is sufficient for most racks, but will sag if you make the rack too wide.
