Hot Sauce Time

i got mine just the other day, BW its good! i like the kick at the end, and its kinda sweet to start Yum yum

The USPS is taking longer than I thought. Their tracking system is about useless. My goal is for everyon to have them by Thanksgiving so we still have a few days. Most were mailed on the 17th, the larger orders went out on the 18th.

GOOD STUFF, I thought about holding off on opening it but just had to taste what it was like. I liked it very much, hot without giving up flavor. I hope I am able to stay in touch to get more as soon as it is available. This bottle will likely not last long.

Still waiting for mine, I am going out of state for this next week, so hopefully my house sitter will pick it up off the porch for me. I am anxious to give it a try.

You got that right! I can testify that on fried catfish, it is the BOMB!

Mine arrived today. Haven't had time to put it on anything, just tried it straight. Oh my, so good. I am definitely going to order more next time it's offered.

Deborah, I just want to say that it is cruel of you to bring up catfish and hot sauce while I'm stuck overseas.

Don't me wrong, there's some good food here, but I really miss Southern food.

My list of foods to eat when I get back home:

1) Catfish or fried chicken
2) Spicy collard greens (hot sauce with all of this so far)
3) Homemade banana pudding
4) Blackberry cobbler/peach cobbler
5) Black eyed peas
6) and a pan of corn bread

Now I'm drooling and food is dancing in front of my eyes.... :eatpointe

Oh just a little Air Force deployment, but I'm near the end. I'll be getting some good American cooking real soon. FYI, I pulled up the pics of the mud snakes on my laptop and I understand why you want to work with them. It was an adult I caught and released that time and they are beautiful snakes. If it wasn't for the demands of their diet, i think they'd be big hits in the herp world.
