Despite what has been found, I'll have to admit this post on his facebook page does give me pause. Following the logic outlined in this screen shot does add another layer for a scammer to hide behind, in the meantime pinning it on another person.

Back tracking all of the information I found on Yongue Willy, this Facebook identity scam would in fact be a plausible explanation, meaning Yongue Willy "could possibly" be a victim as well.

I sent him a Facebook message either way.
