That is something that came up, in one of my discussions, should Hillary be elected and, then, prosecuted (by someone not "in bed" with her, has a sense of justice, and who possesses "a pair").
Other than it being Hillary, who is elected, the only difference is that it would be Hillary's Vice President (who would step into HRC's shoes if she were convicted/impeached) who would, likely, pardon her.
For this scenario to not be a possibility, Trump will have to win the election.
