Adult pair of Woodworthia (Hoplodactylus) brunneus.
The male is 6 years old and the female is just over 4 years old. They are ready to breed now. These need the same climatic conditions as Naultinus, but need rock formations to hide in. They will bask on cool days and gravid females will bask more frequently, so lighting is important. They eat ½ - ¾” crickets once/week and also eat fruit mixtures as well. They give birth to 2 juveniles once/year, or once every 2 years. The adults are very stout, about 5-6” long (total length), and are very powerful animals that make them very undemanding when compared to Naultinus! Woodworthia/Hoplodactylus are recorded for living 40-50 years, and are expected to actually live quite a bit longer!
