As such, I strongly urge registrants to avoid using a VPN service to register, as they are often used by spammers and scammers, and as such will be blocked when discovered when auditing new registrations.
Sorry about all these hoops to jump through, but I am quite serious about blocking spammers and scammers at the gate on this site and am doing the very best that I can to that effect. Trust me, I would rather be doing more interesting things with my time, and wouldn't be making this effort if I didn't think it was worthwhile.

NEED HELP WIRING TEGU HEAT LAMP 8x4x4 CAGE
I just made my first tegu enclosure and i wired porceline light fixtures to a ceiling pan. Using the temp gun I noticed the ceiling pan got to 154 degrees and that is attached directly to the oak top of my tegu enclosure. I am very afraid of having a fire so I have unplugged everything and I need some help with how to install a heat bulb directly in the enclosure safely. If you can't assist me can you point me to someone who can. Thank you so much for your time.

Oops sorry I just saw were you said it was porcelain. It should be just fine. I've never directly checked the lid near my bulbs but many people run strong ceramic heat emitters in appropriately rated fixtures 24/7 without any issues.
