His name is Cuddles and his name is ironic. He does not like to be handled. I use a snake hook with him 95% of the time. On a good day I use the hook with a bare hand. On a bad day I use two hooks.
That said, when I need to clean his cage, he stays in his hide and doesn't bother me.
