No one has read a posting on the BOI or heard from Jeremy the guy who has the snakes.You breeders rip me up and also a breeder I've bought from when you don't even know me or the whole story.You are fighting me over something that is none of your concern.What concern is this of yours?You people have nothing better to do than gossip about stuff you have no real clue of what your talking about.All you people are friends of Jeremy's and the squeeze for money back don't work here."Send the snake back for a refund plus your shipping."
 
2.Send back the snakes for a full refund and the costs of your shipping has always been my reply.That snake was not sick when I shipped it and if you are not happy then send it back for a FULL REFUND.I hear all this stuff from other breeders I should send him his refund first."Give me a break".I have been in Biz for 6yrs now.Until now I have never had a bad posting about me in the BOI.I don't choose to have my friends play me up on the BOI as most of you breeders do.I have the same biz address and phone numbers.I also have a real web site. I posted about the refund for all to see on the BOI.I am here answering the BOI saying I will send the refund when I get the snakes.WHAT IS THE PROBLEM?Again the squeeze for some cash back don't work here.

Dan told me last year he bought his first pair of snakes. A female albino and a male het. He asked me a million breeding questions over the phone because he had never bred snakes before. He continually had his "snake" friends coming over to see if she was gravid yet because he didn't know. Of course he will deny this.

Hey Dan... I do not know Mathew or Jeremy, and have not done business with them. The questions you keep avoiding is:

1-the way you shipped the animals, and the shipper used.
2-the shipping cost, $200.00.
3 the poor packaging.
4-not informming the customer when the package was shipped, or when to expect it.

I am only gathering this info from this thread. I do not know any of the parties involved. These are the questions that the people on this board want answered.

Normally I would say that anyone wanting a refund must first ship the animal back to the seller, but in this instance it is the very credibility of the seller that serves as the "rub" between the two people involved. &nbsp;I believe, based on what we've seen of Dan's ethics thus far ($200 for shipping? &nbsp;C'mon, man&#33<img src="http://www.faunaclassifieds.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=''>, it is entirely possible that he would keep the snake AND the money. &nbsp;Quite frankly, I wouldn't send him anything back until he at least gave the refund to a third party so that Jeremy knows it is available to him when he sends the snake back.

A little advice from Machiavelli, dump all your dirty business moves right now, in public, answer all questions asked of you, honestly and as quickly as possible, air all your dirty laundry at the same time. spam_This will make you seem more trustworthy. spam_Once you have established a little trust, make restitution. spam_This will salvage much of your reputation. spam_
