Alright know that I've got some Ideas on what you folks would do I've got a loop of a ? for.
So after all of the above things happen in my orginal post, you contact the breeder you purchased said BP from and call him & tell him the sittuation. He is busy at the time of the call doing a reptile show but takes the time to talk to you for a few minutes and says he will check his email (as before phone call was made and email was sent making him aware of the sittuation) when he gets home.
So you wait a till he gets back from the show and you receive and mail from him stating he talked to sevaral other people and decides to pay the diffrence. After sevaral emails the 2 of you agree on a compensation price and he says he will send it out the begining of the next week.So the next week comes and go's and you receive nothing, you wait another week (tottal of 2 week now) before emailing him wondering if he was able to get the money out.And he responds a few days later that he had some unexpected bills pop up (Ok things happen totally understandable) and he will send a $100 out the begining of the next week and the rest at a later date.Sure enough another week come and go's and nothing ever shows up.So you try emailing again and don't get a response this time.

Know do you think you should deserve the compensation for said animal sold to you as a female and turned out to be a male after the breeder told you he would compensate you for the mistake?

Thanks again for all you input.

Well sure. Once the breeder acknowledged there was a mistake on his part, agreed it is the same snake and then said he would make it right, then by all means he should make it right.

Like I said, if anyone came to me 6 months later over a mis-sexed snake and I agreed it was the same snake then I would do what is right and fair. I would be a little irritated that someone waited so long, but ultimately the screw up was mine so I really have no one to be irritated at but myself.

Under these circumstances where the seller acknowledged and agreed to pay the difference you should be paid.
The emails should back up your story.
