My Green Tree Python thinks I look like a good place to hang out on.

And here are a couple of pics of me getting nose to nose with Na'vi, a large timber wolf, at the Colorado Wolf and Wildlife Center, which is a few miles west of Colorado Springs. I had a blast.

Heck why not? A recent one of me.

No reptiles at the moment. I moved everything out in preparation for the extended stay in Mass for Shawn's death. Looking to get back in, but nowhere near the scale I had before. Wanting a different species too. I'm thinking maybe A. melanocephalus. I hear they have a sense of humor and can be downright sarcastic at times. Perfect.

I was in Centerville and Hyannis. That's where he grew up, and where his family is. I forgot how crazy big city Boston traffic is. My first thought was, 'I'm gonna die'.

I'm happy to be back to Montana, where folks are sane, and there's a whole lot less people.

People in Montana are sane? Really? What a strange place that must be.

Having never been to either Boston or Montana, I wouldn't know.

Well I'm new here and new to the reptile keeping community. Heres a photo of me holding an albino burm from a local pet store.

I think it's rather funny also that someone would have a stereotype of what a reptile keeper should look like. I've seen all kinds of people at reptile shows. I don't think there's any one look that a reptile keeper has. I will say that usually, in my experience, reptile breeders are men or tom boyish/ tough looking women. I think people are surprised to know that I breed snakes. Breeders at reptile shows often ignore me because they don't think I'm there to buy. It's rather annoying. I even had one guy ask me if I could afford a snake when I asked to see it. Needless to say I was very offended and went to buy the same morph at a different booth. I'm a girly girl so I guess I see why people might think I'm not there to buy. Most of the girly girls I see at shows are scared of every snake. I started buying snakes when I was 16 (I'm 21 now). That might also be a reason. People really need to broaden their minds though lol. There are several breeders that would've gotten my money if they treated me like they treat a "stereotypical" looking breeder.
