i do not know much about florida but what i do know is it is very wrong what they are doing.good luck every one hope you do not have to give up your loved pets

Are you sure? The way Andrew Wyatt made it sound you can't get ROC permits anymore. If you had one you are good, if you didn't then you can't get one. Maybe I misunderstood him?

I believe you can still get one right now, but after July 1, 2010 you won't.
