The ability to edit posts in the discussion forums was removed after a few individuals abused it. This will also affect the forum based classifieds.

So have they classifieds become FREE ?

The classified ads have ALWAYS been free here, Jim. That is not a statement to the effect that they will always REMAIN that way, btw.

Editing of ads can take place within 7 days of your posting it. After that it is locked to further edits.

There are pros and cons to anything here. Some people prefer ads to be set in stone once they are placed so they can refer back to them after a transaction goes sour. Others want them to be able to be changed and deleted at will. There is no perfect solution to please everyone. And unfortunately, doing exception programming to accommodate specific areas of this site costs me money which I am just not willing to spend on it. Especially not for a *free* service.

I understand , I just wanted to delete some ads for animals I no longer have. And I need to adjust some prices on some others. I lowered prices on some stuff and wanted to adjust and update some pics.
I'll just make a new post to the particular thread. THANKS
