Lovemoney, Jason Perez.....NOT a Bad guy

We all had a big misunderstanding....Now that I got more info on the snake by the previous owner Sonny from Silly Serpents its all good

I obviously had a bad vet diagnoses and will still be posting the bill on this and our other thread just so everyone dose not think im lying about even going to the vet all together

Ill still keep everyone updated bc im still going to give her the meds and see what they do!

good luck with everything Jason

I'm glad everything worked out for you, Jason and the snake involved. To tell you the truth with the lack of qualified vets nationwide, very very very few of them actually know what they are doing with snakes which is why I'll take my chances rather than leave it up to someone who neuters rats, diagnoses wet-tail on hamsters and tapes up broken wings on birds for a living. If you ever get a snake with a possible RI, turn the heat up a few degrees (preferably controlled by a thermostat) and keep the tub or cage very humid. If it does so happen that you can't fix it on your own which means that you didn't discover it in time, do not give your snake Amikacin, instead tell the vet you want Fortaz which is much much easier on the liver. best of luck to all involved

I'm not saying anything about the specifics of this situation, but I've received a couple of snakes that were "normal" like that...none of them were. Before discounting your vets diagnosis, you might want to get the snake swabbed for a C&S.

Sorry but I would have to disagree. From what I have been able to learn Mr. Perez is illegally selling snakes according to the laws of NY State.
Even IF there was a mis-diagnosis, if the OP was not lying about the vet visit in the first place, this does not excuse the illegality of what he is doing.
