I am absolutely no expert, but if I had to make a quick, uneducated guess, my first guess would be Fire skink. Hopefully someone with more experience or knowledge will chime in.

Yeah, it was from Craigslist. I wanted to know what species it was first before I contacted the guy, although it sounds like a scam since the same pic is on a UK reptile forum.

could be..I'm going to contact them today and see what they say, maybe they used it as a stock photo or something I'll fill you in if your interested in their response.
