Ralph, the e-mail showed up fine. Read Ritchie's post 2 above yours about the "quote" button and it'll be perfect. <img src="http://www.faunaclassifieds.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=''>

I tried that but it kept saying that there was too many quotes and wouldn't accept it until I took them out. What did I do wrong?

Don't sweat the whole quote thing, it's nice, but we understand. &nbsp;Someone needs to inform Mr. Ryan Trude of the BOI and encourage him to post here to tell his side of this situation. &nbsp;The e-mail states that Ben will have his snakes by the end of the week. &nbsp;I think Mr. Trude has some splaining to do.

You can see how he responded to my E-mail about the BOI posting about him. Not only is he not civil but with him trying to sell those Rosies while saying he's never burned anybody leaves me questioning his intentions towards Ben.


Oh, and for you Ryan since I know you are reading this, Ben is someone who has helped me via the internet with information on Herp related subjects. He has helped quite a few people out over time and it's very rare for him to warn people away from anything/anyone. Like I said in my E-mail to you, you either have a misunderstanding or are stealing with Ben. Your reply to me told me all I need to know about you and how you do business.

UPDATE :

I still havent heard from Ryan but Chris says he has talked to
him and that he said he is sending me my snakes sometime.
I asked Chris to tell him to please contact me to let me know
what is going on but he hasnt. Soon as I get further info
I'll update again. Thanks to EVERYONE for their assistance,
its good to have so many friends!

When he says that he's sending you "your" snakes, does he mean your rosies, or the ones for which you originally traded? &nbsp;Just curious. &nbsp;I'd want the rosies back, myself!

Yep, I told him and told Chris to tell him to send the Rosies.
Chris asked me if I'd take the candoia if Ryan paid for the
shipping but I told Chris to tell Ryan to send my Rosies back
to me. Just have to see what happens I guess.

He was supposed to send me a 1.2 trio, 2 years old. They're 3 yearling males. My living and transportation arrangements are very bad right now and it has unexpectedly gotten in the way of me shipping.

Second of all, I haven't seen what's been posted on the BOI yet but I'm very glad I have your first and last names. I spoke to a lawyer today. If I've been slandered in any way, I have every right to prosecute. Being that you're in another state or whatever, if you don't show up, you're automatically found guilty. You will be fined and it can be garnished from your wages. So, I'll expect to see an apology tomorrow from you and all your other peons that like to get involved in other people's business or you'll be seeing papers by early next week. And maybe you should learn to keep your mouths shut too.

I at least I don't resort to name calling. Why is it the ones that are always being questioned about shady business practices the ones always quickest to throw around the word "lawsuit?" &nbsp;And where are they digging up all these "lawyers" that tell them they can sue anyone and everyone that doesn't give them glowing reviews? &nbsp;

And Ryan, when you show that it ISN'T true that you have been holding Ben's property without payment, then possibly you might have a case. &nbsp;However, due to your "transportation/living situations" you are holding AND attempting to sell animals that you have no legal or moral right to. &nbsp;And now instead of you claiming they were 2.1 Rosy Boas they are now 3 juvenile males. &nbsp;How convenient. &nbsp;If you are so unstatisfied with them, why not simply send them back to Ben per his request? &nbsp;In your e-mail you said you would send him the Candoia, but has he not expressed it to you on more than one occasion now that he wants HIS Rosy Boas back instead? &nbsp;If you feel so slighted, why send him the Candoia instead of simply sending him his "defective" Rosies back? &nbsp;I know if I received 3 missexed snakes in trade and was THAT unhappy about it they would be sent back to their owner. &nbsp;Oh wait, maybe you can't because you have already sold them? &nbsp;That is not fact, only opinion(which last I checked was still legal to voice without threat of lawsuit)based on the actions that have been observed thus far. &nbsp;You just seem insistant on sending the Candoia that Ben is no longer interested in. &nbsp;He just wants his snakes back and you say you aren't happy because they are missexed. &nbsp;What's the problem with sending the Rosies back? &nbsp;
And repeating myself again, but if you're living situation is THAT bad you can't return his snakes in a timely manner, you perhaps need to get out of the herp business until you are back on your feet.
