Exclamation Leopard Gecko health problems

Hi there! I recently added 3 leopard geckos to my collection. The male and one of the females are doing great, however my other female is looking sick. I havenít been able to get her to eat out of my hand so i donít know if sheís eating at night. She has a large bump on her vent. Her skin is slightly dry, and her tail is so skinny. Iíve been mixing water, calcium powder, and reptile multi vitamin powder together and slowly giving it to her drop by drop in a baby syringe. Sheís not seeming to get better? Help!
