what about hibernation?

i just recently bougth a baby corn snake.. for this is the first time i have had a snake i'm not so sure about the hibernation..
i have read lods of books and downloaded loads of stuff but i just
want to be sure that she's feelin ok..
what temperature does she need and stuff???

could you guys help me out here??

Hibernation (more correctly termed brumation in snakes) is not required unless you are planning on breeding the snake in the spring. I personally never brumate hatchlings.
To answer your question though, I brumate at 55°F for 8-12 weeks. Feeding must be stopped at least two weeks prior to lowering the temperature to ensure the gut is emptied of food.

As I said though, there's no need to worry about brumating your hatchling, the snake will happily remain at normal temperatures and continue feeding throughout the winter.
