Based on your comments here I guess not, no matter what you buy moving forward you are OK with getting what some one wants to give you not what you bought. Ming that is very cool of you to take anything that would be considered fair by some person you don't know as a replacement to what you were actually supposed to get, you are one righteous dude.

The final prize offered to OP was an albino tegu produced by Ty. Since purple t+ tegus were the only albino tegus produced by Ty, it doesn't take a genius (or does it?) to figure out that is what Ty Park is sending you.
There is no doubt (prove by screen shots of text messages) that Ty said he is going to send OP an albino tegu produced by himself. Never did the raffle state you get to see an picture of the exact animal he is going to send you.
The other two winners got their albino tegus and are very happy with it.
If you know anything about albino tegus, they are a very new thing. Very few people breed albino tegus, maybe 3 or 4 breeders at most? They are not like albino ball pythons or California Kingsnakes.
OP wrote a few post above about winning a BMW and getting an bicycle. That is not the case here. You win a BMW, sadly all the German made BMWs didn't make it to USA, and you are offered a BMW made in Greer, South Carolina. But then you get upset about it, raffle winner offers you an German made BMW that he was saving for his collection.
