rowselki	severed hind leg on hatching black knob This guy made it into the pond before I got to him and it looks like one of the adults took a chunk out of him. His entire hind leg is gone. It seems to be a pretty clean cut and only one scute was damaged but I'm not sure what to do to help the little guy. My instinct is to keep him out of the water and keep the wound covered with an antibiotic ointment. I'm hesitating because I don't know that he'll eat unless in the water. Any advice is appreciated as always. Thanks
