I make every effort to answer emails within a week, and most of the time I answer people's questions within the hour. I have never recieved an email from you, so perhaps they were inappropriately filtered by my anti-spam utility. I'd recommend trying it again (craig@albinoburmese.com) and making sure you don't leave the subject heading blank... or, like these guys said, PM'ing me through the forums. I am thankful for you guys spreading the word that I support the snakes I sell and I hope I can continue to make customers happy with their transactions. The less burms purchased at pet stores, the better for the health of our snakes in the USA!

Possibly your email is not reaching him due to a Spam filter ? Calling would be your best route, you can pick up a phone card for as little as $5 at most convience stores to call long distance.......
