Nesting box...you take a huge Rubbermaid tub, fill it halfway with wet enough to smash together, but not so wet it drips dirt (we personally used Bed-a-Beast). Slope it so it's real low at one end, real high on the other end. Start a hole about in the middle of the "hill" going into the deeper end, put a clamp lamp on it so it's nice and warm, plop her hiney into the box, and she'll know what to do.
It may take a few tries of her just checking stuff out, digging her, digging there, but she will eventually figure it out. It can take anywhere from 15 minutes to several hours, but you'll see her come out of the hole, and start to attempt to cover the eggs. That's when you take her out, plop her into a nice warm bath, and take the eggs out for incubation.
