Of particular importance is the REQUIREMENT that you provide your REAL full name upon registering. Sorry, but this is not like other sites where anonymity is more the rule.
Also your TRUE location is important. If the location you enter in your profile field does not match the location of your registration IP address, then your registration will be rejected. As such, I strongly urge registrants to avoid using a VPN service to register, as they are often used by spammers and scammers, and as such will be blocked when discovered when auditing new registrations.
Sorry about all these hoops to jump through, but I am quite serious about blocking spammers and scammers at the gate on this site and am doing the very best that I can to that effect. Trust me, I would rather be doing more interesting things with my time, and wouldn't be making this effort if I didn't think it was worthwhile.

milk snakes
hi, i have two adult pueblan milk snakes. they are always in there water even when they are not shedding. i was wondering if this is normal for milk snakes.

I would check a few things...
1) What are your cage temps? Temps that are too warm can cause a snake to try to keep cool in their water bowl.
2) Does your snake have a secure hide box? Sometimes a snake will stay in the water bowl because it feels secure in there.
3) Check your snake for mites. Mites will irritate the hell out of your snake and cause it to hang out in the water bowl for relief.
If none of these issues are a problem and your snake is eating well and healthy, I wouldn't be too concerned about it.
