He's eating f/t pinkies and I'm glad about that! It was weird enough the first time we had to thaw a mouse, I'm not quite ready for a squeaker!

hwo do u feed the mouse to them?? mine seem afraid of my hands while holding the pink.

I don't hand feed him. I thaw the mouse, dry it off, make sure it's still hot, then I put it in a deli cup with the snake. (I don't feed him in his tank, I don't want him to ingest any bedding.) I put the lid on the cup, turn off the lights and leave the room. I actually watched him eat last week, but he seems distracted when the lights are on and I'm moving around.

interesting,done the same cept not warming the pink. thx for the tip . ill be posting new pics here in a few mins as well

Some may eat it room temp, but the body temp of a live mouse is like 104 degrees, definitely warm to the touch. I was warned that if the pink wasn't thawed all the way, the snake may have trouble digesting it as well.
