Baked pork chops

I used boneless chops that were around 1/2" thick so they would cook quickly and not get dry and tough.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Lightly oil the bottom of a baking pan
Dip chops in bbq sauce, I used ordinary cheap Kraft sauce.
Then dip in bread crumbs. I have Italian bread crumbs on hand so that is what I used.
Bake for 20 minutes. Be careful not to over bake, you want the chops cooked but not dried out.
I served these with microwave baked potatoes so the whole meal took 30 minutes to prepare.

I've been trying to figure out another way to cook pork chops. Think I'll avoid nukin' my taters, but definitely will try the pork chop recipe!

I dip the chops in Grey Poupon then cover them in Italian bread crumbs with 2 packs of dry French onion soup mixed in. Then bake at 400
