Red Iguana - Igunana iguana
We currently have Red Iguanas for sale that are farm raised. Snakes at Sunset has them setup in a tropical setup, with a daily misting. Temperatures between 80-90f is great. The Red Iguanas for sale are aprox 12-18" in length.
Some people think that "red" or "super red" iguanas are different. They are not. We have raised DOZENS of them and see different results.
Red Iguanas with green bellies are still Red Iguanas. after about 18-24 months, some lose all green belly color and are almost all red. Some are born with all red bellies, but they are not so common.
Also some may see for sale "X-Mas" colored red iguanas. These are what are known as "het" red iguana. Meaning that when bred together you produce 25% Solid red bodies with green bellies. All red iguanas are red phase.
If we label them as X-mas Iguanas, those are red gene carriers that show only a little red. Same as a pastel ball python. When you breed two pastel ball Pythons you get a "super pastel" which is the combination of two pastels that make it look better. Same with red iguanas. All the red we offer for sale are 100% TRUE red iguanas. Some will have green bellies, some will not.

Shipping your new Red Iguana:
We ship our iguanas FED EX overnight. Most packages arrive by 10:30am. If you live in a smaller town, or in a rural area it may arrive between 12-4pm.
We also offer HOLD FOR PICKUP at your closest FedEx center, so you can pick the package up after work/school.
Our shipping days are Monday- Thursday. Reptile orders placed before 2pm usually get shipped the same day .
Reptile orders placed after 2pm, get shipped the following day.
Ex: If you place your order at 5pm Monday, we will ship tuesday, and you will receive Wed. Morning.

We pack your reptiles in the safest, most efficient way possible. All reptile orders are shipped in a styro-foam lined cardboard box used specifically for shipping reptiles. Depending on weather conditions, we may include an ice pack or heat pack at no charge for the safety of the animals.
If weather conditions are too severe to ship, we will notify you and arrange a future shipping date. This is all done for the safety of the animal!
