Killing Mosquito Larva in Outdoor Tanks?

Is there anything that can be added to the water of large outdoor stock tanks that kills mosquito larvae, and that is not harmful to the turtles?

Mosquito Fish (Gambusia) would work great plus they'd be an extra snack for your turtles.

Just be careful that your tanks don't overflow and introduce the mosquitofish to other waters, it's against Wisconsin law to introduce or stock mosquitofish because they're a nonnative predator.

IMO It's not worth it having them in an outdoor stock tank. With non stagnant water ( aka filtration and the such) you won't even have to worry about them. My vote is against, but it is your tank
