Of particular importance is the REQUIREMENT that you provide your REAL full name upon registering. Sorry, but this is not like other sites where anonymity is more the rule.
Also your TRUE location is important. If the location you enter in your profile field does not match the location of your registration IP address, then your registration will be rejected. As such, I strongly urge registrants to avoid using a VPN service to register, as they are often used by spammers and scammers, and as such will be blocked when discovered when auditing new registrations.
Sorry about all these hoops to jump through, but I am quite serious about blocking spammers and scammers at the gate on this site and am doing the very best that I can to that effect. Trust me, I would rather be doing more interesting things with my time, and wouldn't be making this effort if I didn't think it was worthwhile.

Good morning,
I received this text inquiring about my corytophanes. The communication seems suspicious with recent scam attempts. I was curious if anyone has had any transactions with this individual and if not then alert the community to another potential scam.

Just had this scammer send me a text. Wanted me to email them about a pair of Takydromus I have for sale. I replied to the text tell them where to send money. Then it dawned on me that I had seen this email before. So I looked up this thread and sure enough, same person. I immediately sent them another text after realization and told them to F off....

I received 2 more texts from this person. One asking me to email them about the Gonatodes I have have for sale and the other about Takydromus again. Sent about a half hour apart. This time both came from 319-820-1030. Texts are written the same. I know nothing of this kind of stuff but it seems to me that it is some kind of automated text they send. Again, I sent them a text to F off...
