Cleaner Crews For Roach & Cricket Bins

How Do You Clean a Dubia Roach Colony, or Feeder Roach Colony Like Madagasccar Hissers, Lobster Roach. Discoid Roach or Cricket Colony and Make it Easier or Even Effortless? You Need Roach Cleaner Crews If You Breed Roaches or Crickets

Cleaner Crews For Roach & Cricket Bins are easy to come by at Ready Reptile Feeders. Roach Cleaner Crews are a special blend of 4 different types of larvae, beetles and worms that eat only dead decaying insects, (roaches, crickets) in addition they will eat excess grains before decaying or molding. These insects do not compete with your roach or cricket colonies and they will keep the frass clean Free of Smell and Save you time and effort. The addition of other Clean-Up Crews to clean your Dubia Roach Colony or other roach or cricket colonies like Tropical Isopods & Tropical Springtails can add to the Cleaner Crew as they will process excess vegetation before molding as well as eat any mold you happen to miss.

The Cleaner Crew will include a mixture of beetles, worms and larval stage beetles along with some eggs and bay stage worms. The beetles only live a few weeks and will lay eggs if conditions are right. The larvae do the majority of the cleaning as they eat all the dead insects, never bothering your colony. Tiny mealworms will crawl through the frass and process the frass of uneaten grains and particles that are too small for your colony thus lessening chances of mold decay or bad smells. We recommend that roaches and cricket colonies have a high protein grain food at all times. Vegetation, fruits and veggies should be offered two or three times a week. Adding Isopods & Springtails to the mix will provide a full spectrum of cleaning by helping greatly process excess vegetation eliminating the need to remove produce and lessen risk of mold that can wipe out your entire colony. Springtails will eat any mold that happens to escape your eye.

When you receive your Cleaner Crews they will be packaged in a mixture of grains that your colony will eat up. Simply dump the entire contents into your bins and allow the critters to colonize. The Cleaner Crew unlike your roaches will need no care whatsoever as they will subsist on the dead from your colony, molted skins, frass and excess chow or food. If you have excess humidity then adding springtails is a good choice as mold is more common with excess humidity, this includes feeding lots of produce and vegetation which raises the humidity as well as producing a more humid or wet frass waste from roaches or crickets.

Excess Cleaner Crews can be used to create additional colonies or fed off occasionally to larger frogs or pets.
