A bad situation, need advice.

Without a name, this does NOT belong on the BOI.

Either put in a name, or get some points and have it deleted.

So I did. I thought this was general herp talk. Don't know where to put it.... and heck with it.

EDITED: I checked again and the BOI is way above where I posted this.

So, If I'm reading this right. You sent the guy the full payment, and he sent you pictures to pick out the female you wanted. You didn't like any, and cancelled the deal before he shipped. So now he wants to charge you to "restock" animals that never left his shop?

I'd say no way. And taking pictures is just part of good customer service, so you don't owe him anything for that.

Call your CC company and exdplain the situation.
He knew you wanted a certain pair. Do you know how many pictures I've taken of $15 animals for people and never got the sale? This guy is full of it. There is no way he should be charging a restocking fee.

The best thing to do though is post his name and all communications you had with him.

I tend to keep my complaints about people to myself. Things happen and I don't want to create problems for someone who normally might be a good guy. If he refuses to do the right thing I may post but I really don't want to take our argument to the street.

This truly is BOI worthy.
