Please note that the information requested during registration will be used to determine your legitimacy as a participant of this site. As such, any information you provide that is determined to be false, inaccurate, misleading, or highly suspicious will result in your registration being rejected. This is designed to try to discourage as much as possible those spammers and scammers that tend to plague sites of this nature, to the detriment of all the legitimate members trying to enjoy the features this site provides for them.
Of particular importance is the REQUIREMENT that you provide your REAL full name upon registering. Sorry, but this is not like other sites where anonymity is more the rule.
Also your TRUE location is important. If the location you enter in your profile field does not match the location of your registration IP address, then your registration will be rejected. As such, I strongly urge registrants to avoid using a VPN service to register, as they are often used by spammers and scammers, and as such will be blocked when discovered when auditing new registrations.
Sorry about all these hoops to jump through, but I am quite serious about blocking spammers and scammers at the gate on this site and am doing the very best that I can to that effect. Trust me, I would rather be doing more interesting things with my time, and wouldn't be making this effort if I didn't think it was worthwhile.

Average litter size?
I'm looking for some input from some of you out there who have lots of breeding experience. I know that the size of a litter can vary by quite a bit, but what is the average litter size? Thanks for the input.

I don't have 'tons of experience' but I'd estimate average litter size to be between 10-20.

There is no real average litter size. I've had litters of two, and known of a couple litters of one. I also know that they're have been litters of over 70. It's really to variable to put a number like that on.

Im curious about this question but I guess to add....how much does the weight of the animal have as a contributing factor? I believe that a larger boa(30lbs) would yield a higher litter on average or does this have also to do with the male being used?

I have a friend that is near me that has had one female drop a perfect litter of 64 baby boas, all live, no slugs. He gave her a years rest, used the same male and the next litter was only 25, trepeated the same process and got 23 out of the next litter.
I don't think there is ever going to be an average litter size.
I think the better question here is what is the average success rate of a litter. You can have a boa that drops 30 babies every litter, but how many of those survive versus those that are stillborns, non-feeders, and so on..
That is the average we should all be looking for.
And how to get that average.

How big was the mom of these litters if you happen to know. Pounds that is.

That I do know. She was a 20lb boa for all three litters. Give or take a few ounces but she weighed about the same for all three litters.
