Talking help with identification of color morph

we just recently recieved this adult male corn on a trade, and have been getting some conflicting info on it, one person says it looks like a normal anery, while another person says it looks like a carmel, we have many adult anery corns in our collection, and none seem to have all the brown this snake has. any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

thanks
Ryan

No, it's no a Caramel.

It is not at all unusual for an Anerythristic to look brown colored.

But the edges are blurring on the appearances of just about all of the cultivars. It is going to get more and more difficult to distinguish what genetic line a corn snake is just based on what it looks like.

For instance, here is a photo of an Anerythristic that came out of my Lavender line:

I had this animal on the surplus list for the longest time, but just recently decided to keep him when I noticed how one of his Lavender babies is turning out.

No, this stuff is getting harder all the time to be able to ID.

Many times an anery comes from a Ghost breeding of some type. Be it ghost to anery het hypo or normals het ghost.

Either way, an anery that is het hypo will look different and in my eyes better then a normal anery.

Rich, do you agree with that?
