Hello!
Either you have not registered on this site yet, or you are registered but have not logged in. In either case, you will not be able to use the full functionality of this site until you have registered, and then logged in after your registration has been approved.
Registration is FREE, so please register so you can participate instead of remaining a lurker....
Please note that the information requested during registration will be used to determine your legitimacy as a participant of this site. As such, any information you provide that is determined to be false, inaccurate, misleading, or highly suspicious will result in your registration being rejected. This is designed to try to discourage as much as possible those spammers and scammers that tend to plague sites of this nature, to the detriment of all the legitimate members trying to enjoy the features this site provides for them.
Of particular importance is the REQUIREMENT that you provide your REAL full name upon registering. Sorry, but this is not like other sites where anonymity is more the rule.
Also your TRUE location is important. If the location you enter in your profile field does not match the location of your registration IP address, then your registration will be rejected. As such, I strongly urge registrants to avoid using a VPN service to register, as they are often used by spammers and scammers, and as such will be blocked when discovered when auditing new registrations.
Sorry about all these hoops to jump through, but I am quite serious about blocking spammers and scammers at the gate on this site and am doing the very best that I can to that effect. Trust me, I would rather be doing more interesting things with my time, and wouldn't be making this effort if I didn't think it was worthwhile.

Small animals are also a passion of mine (small-animals.com if you want to see them)
I can't talk about all those cats because I have 6 dogs hee hee ::sheepish:: Aussie, rott/husky mix, dobe/pit mix, 2 dalmations, and a doberman

About the 19 cats.
I have 5 that are mine meaning I actually picked them out, etc. They range in age from 3-10 years old. The rest just showed up.
One day about two years ago a very pregnant female showed up. She is not tame and she had 5 kittens. So now I have 1 not tame adult female and 5 not tame kittens. I finally got the female fixed (named her Spitter cuz that's what she did when I caught her and put her in the pet carrier. Bit the vet too I might add). I got her female kittens fixed too. So that makes 11 cats. Then another pregnant female shows up and has 4 kittens, again wild. I catch her and 2 or 3 of her babies and get them fixed. I'm spending all this cash getting these wild cats fixed so I can contain the problem and last summer ANOTHER one shows up and has 3 kittens (all males) then she disappears before I can get her fixed.
What's funny is now all these cats are tame to me and all have names. If someone comes to my house, they all disappear and you wouldn't know I have all these cats. Well except for "mine" and their unmistakable litterbox odor, but that's another story.

I think we're somewhere around 150 reptiles that we keep as "ours". With offspring produced this season, we're over 200.
