If you are trying to say that Ty is an agent of the Arizona based IRCF,(which is counter to his own pleadings that specify that he actually ran the raffle) that would not be legal under Arizona law Ch. 33 13-3302:

No person except a bona fide local member of the sponsoring organization may participate directly or indirectly in the management, sales or operation of the raffle.

Remember, this is a civil case and not a criminal case. OP had Florida AG office look into this case and it was dismissed.

Under your theory that the whole raffle is illegal then both Ty and OP broke the law and nobody should get anything.

Tegus are cheap, why would anybody need a discount on a Tegu? I already have 7, most came from underground reptiles and snakes at sunset.

Court case in in Florida, they don't care about Arizona law.
