I bought a Bumblebee ball python from Snakes at Sunset, and the whole process was smooth, with satisfactory communication all the way through.

General questions were answered
I was informed that they would delay shipping a day due to low temperatures, a big plus in my book.
They called me with information about a delay.
When he arrived he was a bit on the cool side but definitely nothing that concerned me.
He was active within minutes of being opened up, and was packed very well.
He is obviously -very- well fed and cared for. A very good-looking, very docile snake.
