2. One month Deadline on putting Certification on your website.

Please think about the purpose of this program. You have 1 month from the time you receive your certification code to put it on your website and have it noticeably visible on your main page. Failure to do this will result in your certification being revoked and your certification number offered to the next person applying for a certificate. Once you lose your spot, it cannot be regained.

If you do not currently have an active website, it is stronly urged to get at least a holder page in place for your domain name and have the Certification image visible on it.

Until I can get some sort of automated system in place, I will be checking each Certification poll and the Trader's Ratings for each participant in this program. Schedule permitting, my intent is to do this around the first of each month. Anyone having either rating method showing a negative feedback rating, will have a warning posted within their certification thread and be notified via email and/or private message to remove the certificate banner from their website within 48 hours of the issuance of the notice. The certificate will be held in a "temporarily suspended" state for 1 month, after which the poll results will be checked again. If one or both polls still remain in a negative state at that time, the revokation of the certificate will then become permanent and the certificate number recycled.

Re-application of a revoked certificate will not be considered until 6 months have elapsed since the prior revokation. Re-application for a Certification that has previously been revoked may or may not be accepted, depending on the circumstances surrounding the original revokation.
