I have a question to ask

I have a question for you. Why do you believe just cause a guy invites you to look (with the cops) at his collection (what 2-3 months after the robbery) that he is innocent. Im not saying the guy is guilty (in fact I have no idea if he is or isnt) but it reminds me of when my store was robbed.

When my store was robbed, I had a suspect and informed the police of this. I found out the guys address, dob, police record, licence plate numbers, phone numbers, ect and gave all this info to the police. The police proceeded to call the suspect and ask him if he stole my snakes. He said no. The suspect allready had a warrent for his arrest, so the police went to his residence. While at his residence, the suspect ran inside, locking the police outside. They did not have a warrent to enter his house, and as such they sat for a few hours and left. Now here is where the story gets simmilar. 5 DAYS LATER the suspect calls me, and says "I swear I had nothing to do with your robbery, and if you want you and the police can come and look in my residence". Now if this were the case why did he not allow the police in the first time? I believe the hid or removed the animals after the first contact by the police. He then played mister innocent, cause #### no guilty person would invite you to their house now would they?

Now again I have no Idea if the person you are talking about had anything to do with the robbery, but come on. Just cause months later he willing to let you look means JACK SH!T in my book.

Mickey....The reason I can say that I don't think it was Richard Cole, is because he was one of the FIRST people that I had checked out about a MONTH AGO (whether Rich knew it, or not)!! The PI interviewed him and told me that he didn't think it was him, either! SOOOO, what can I do but believe him (the PI)?? That IS why WE paid him, ya know! YES! I lost A LOT of money because of that burglary...but, you've GOT TO move on, sooner or later?? I've decided that NOW is the time! If my animals ever DO show up....I'll worry about it then! But...until that time, I DON'T NEED THE AGIDA!! You kids can fight it out amongst yourselves....as for me....in the words of an infamous boxer ....NO MAS, NO MAS! ....Neil

I am sitting here in awe &nbsp;<img src="http://www.faunaclassifieds.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/confused.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt='???'> &nbsp;I have been reading and re-reading these post and I have remembered the post that have been deleted.The one thing that gets me is Brisco post that Neil burgurized his own store &nbsp;(which is what Richard told me the other day on the phone and I did call Neil and tell him about it days ago)or he had me do it,We now know that Brisco is Richard Cole or Jeri Liller (his wife).How is it that Cole has so much info on a burgury that he never did #### he told me how the place was broken into and to my knowege Neil has not told anyone that when I ask him he told me the Investigater said not to tell.I did call Petcity and I was told that they opened and Cole came in to get crickets while the lady was doing that he walked back to where the reptiles are kept came up paid for the crickets and left about 20 min. later the lady went to start feeding and noticed the lid off the tank and the geckos gone and now when he goes in there he is to be watched.I know this because i was in there and when he pulled into the lot the lady started to cuss and I ask her what was wrong and she told me.

The only way that anyone could stay and listen to this any longer is if you were wearing at LEAST a pair of hip waders!!! &nbsp;If I were you I would put that crack pipe down, and find a church to go to in the morning. You also need to put a pair of ear plugs in to keep that sh!t from dripping out and on to the ground!!!!!!

Tom I only have 1 user anme here and the webslave can tell you that info.I have no need for people to feel sorry for me,I did 8 &nbsp;shows this year and have yet to return home with animals,I do sell out plus I ship animals 3 times a week every week.I do not have to beg for sales.As far as Ray goes I have not seen a post from him but if you have info please by all means show your proof there are people that know that Richard Cole has posted under several different names but if I am the bad guy here please rush out and call up old honest Richard and buy something from him but beware the owner my come to get it back,but then sinse he is a victim you should have nothing to worry about .

Well, for anyone actually interested in this topic please read this - time for the victims to speak up. I really don't know where to begin on all of this, but here goes...I have an appointment this week with the attorney that I have decided to go with regarding filing charges on Dale Sargeant, Diane Bachari, Richard Cole, Jeri Liller & possibly Pasco County Sheriff's Department. Dale Sargeant has made a hobby out making false reports of stolen snakes on people and in turn when the person(s) cannot prove legal ownership of the snakes in question, guess who ends up with them? Diane Bachari "works" for Dale and intentionally lies claiming that she can identify the snakes in question as Sargeants. Richard Cole and Geri Liller (Cole's wife) then end up involved by claiming that they can identify the snakes by photos that Dale had and in turn housing or selling the stolen snakes. Unfortunately I have first hand knowledge of these individuals because they tried this BS with my fiance and I. This time these individuals have done this to the wrong people. I keep records of EVERYTHING and in turn could prove ownership & ended up getting our burms back, however not without paying a price. When I got them back one passed away & the other two had pneumonia with the male having a bacterial infection on top of being sick from whatever conditions they had been kept in at none other than Richard Cole's home. Here's the kicker - Sargeant COULD NOT positively identify the snakes as his own, and said that since Diane worked for him that she could. Diane claimed that she could tell because "the male had one eye that was larger than the other (common in burms) & that the male's sexual organs were also larger than normal (since when did female burms have large spurs/sexual organs?)". In addition, the detective admits that the photos that were provided to compare with our burms were not of good quality, but he released the burms anyway.
