Sellers permits?

Do most breeders have valid sellers permits?

I just got mine and need it to get a booth at a reptile show.

I was wondering if most of the online website sales breeders have these?

permits

I have a seller's permit, a business license, pay tax to the Franchise Tax Board for all my sales, and do P & L's quarterly to pay my State and Federal Taxes. Here in California, if you are only a hobby breeder that vends at two or less shows per year they will give temporary seller's permits, otherwise you are considered a business and are subject to all the regulations and laws handed down by the Federal, State, County and City governments.

I hear 'ya!

BTW, We lived in Morgan Hill for years! My son was born there, and both of my kids went to school their entire lives there, were involved in 4H and FFA, and we did team penning and roping as well as my daughter's barrel racing. As a matter of fact, both of my grandchildren were born there, too!

very cool!

my day job I am a gymnastics coach here in town.

I am working on building the herp business and plan to open a pet store as there isnt even one in town and MH is growing. The only pet place is one crappy tiny petco. And they do not sell crickets, mice, rats or any live animals.
