Hello!
Either you have not registered on this site yet, or you are registered but have not logged in. In either case, you will not be able to use the full functionality of this site until you have registered, and then logged in after your registration has been approved.
Registration is FREE, so please register so you can participate instead of remaining a lurker....
Please note that the information requested during registration will be used to determine your legitimacy as a participant of this site. As such, any information you provide that is determined to be false, inaccurate, misleading, or highly suspicious will result in your registration being rejected. This is designed to try to discourage as much as possible those spammers and scammers that tend to plague sites of this nature, to the detriment of all the legitimate members trying to enjoy the features this site provides for them.
Of particular importance is the REQUIREMENT that you provide your REAL full name upon registering. Sorry, but this is not like other sites where anonymity is more the rule.
Also your TRUE location is important. If the location you enter in your profile field does not match the location of your registration IP address, then your registration will be rejected. As such, I strongly urge registrants to avoid using a VPN service to register, as they are often used by spammers and scammers, and as such will be blocked when discovered when auditing new registrations.
Sorry about all these hoops to jump through, but I am quite serious about blocking spammers and scammers at the gate on this site and am doing the very best that I can to that effect. Trust me, I would rather be doing more interesting things with my time, and wouldn't be making this effort if I didn't think it was worthwhile.

Supply/Demand
I've been doing some reading lately. Are baby RTBs (Colombians, for example) fairly easy to get rid of or do you breeders end up getting stuck with a bunch of them every year?
I'm new to boas and I'm not considering a breeding project in the near future, but I'd like to eventually once my female is big enough, so there's no real rush to this question, I'm just curious

Along with supply and demand, a lot also depends on your price. I sell for pretty cheap so they go fast. With every ad I place I usually get about 4-5 responses that day. If you are not looking to sell for much money, pet stores will buy them from you also.

They move
pretty quickly if the price is right. Around here if you sell nice colombians for $60 at shows in the spring, you will sell pretty fast. Petshops like to pay $40-$45ea. in this area.

Ah yes ! Supply and demand
is the driving force of anything . RIGHT ? Depends on if you are trying to recoup a little money for your time and trouble also with feeding and utilities of keeping ? The market can go up and down unless it is a spectacular or basically one of a kind in which doesn't stay long as a one of a kind when other people see the $$$$ signs and they start to acquire or breed. Some people ( like myself ) see that if the price of a species hit low or the market becomes saturated ( and face it people, this hobby goes that way ) there is the choice of breeding or not and or face the problem with a ridiculous price of the animal almost being in the term of the throw away pet syndrome. Sorry about my ramblings in such matters.........
