As such, I strongly urge registrants to avoid using a VPN service to register, as they are often used by spammers and scammers, and as such will be blocked when discovered when auditing new registrations.

Sorry about all these hoops to jump through, but I am quite serious about blocking spammers and scammers at the gate on this site and am doing the very best that I can to that effect. Trust me, I would rather be doing more interesting things with my time, and wouldn't be making this effort if I didn't think it was worthwhile.

bgexotics	UPS Delay and Shipping Cost Refunds According to what I read on the UPS website, packages are guarenteed to arrive by the time stated on your receipt. I shipped a box of frogs to Louisiana, but they were delayed due to adverse weather conditions. I know that they will not refund the value of the animals (I think they are fine anyways). But will they refund the cost of shipping as stated in their TOS? This is the first time I have ever had a package delayed. I was unsure since it wasn't due to carrier error but weather.
