What species is this? / rescuers who take crocs?

My local rehabber (central PA) received this animal today; it is about one foot long. I know nothing about crocs and do not even know the species...crocodile? Caiman? Does anyone know of any resources / rescuers in state of PA (or nearby states that take crocodilians)? NOT seeking to rehome to an individual unless rescue-affiliated. Thank you.

The banding/coloration and the snout makes me think juvenile American Alligator?
I'll let the local crocodilian experts weigh in for confirmation or better I.D.
