I had something refunded once via paypal, I forget what? but remember that it took 4 days before it appeared in my account.. why it did that ?? I dono, but I had called paypal and talked to someone who informed me that it was in fact refunded... you could contact them and ask... hopefully it's as I mentioned and you will get your $$

still unbelievable that they had you wait and fight that long to get $$ back...

but reading all this, i'm still amazed that they tell people , we have a fresh import on the way !!! will forward them to you as soon as they arrive ?????? I would never want a fresh import of anything... wholesalers/flippers/dealers are the ones taking the risk and the reason why they pay so little and then make a profit.... they should quarantine the animals and sell them only when they feel an animal is healthy and safe to sell, that's what justifies the profit , if they are going to sell them fresh in, I feel they should sell it at a much lower price since the buyer takes all the risks, but that's getting off track

I'm having issues getting in contact with these guys at first choice reptiles, I payed or an order then nothing after that. I don't have time for this nonsence. I was getting these animals for my children for V-day but with no response from these guys I ended up buying from another company just to have them in time and these guys called me the day I placed my order... I have tried to call FCR and sent several emails and still nothing, nice. All I want is my money back I've already paid.
