Olivia Li / BugChick.com - TOP NOTCH!

We received our Roach order from Olivia Li (www.BugChick.com) today and were more than impressed! Not only were the Roaches shipped the same day we placed our order and packed (inside and out) better than many reptiles we've received in the past, but the Roaches were also labeled well and every single one (300+) survived the trip. Olivia was very generous in her sizes, counts, and sex ratios, and additionally included a couple of terrific unexpected "bonuses". She kept excellent communication throughout the entire transaction and included some personalized pertinent information inside of our order.

We are so pleased that I can honestly say we won't be going to anyone other than Olivia Li if we ever need Roaches again. We received more (in terms of customer care *and* actual product) for our money from BugChick.com than we have ever received with any other insect order.

I recently had a fantastic transaction with Olivia. I ordered some lobster roaches and all arrived alive and in excellent condition. The sizes were a great mix, there was a healthy overcount and they were packaged and labeled perfectly. She also included some discoids as a suprise bonus.

I won't be going anywhere else for feeder roaches. Bugchick.com is all I need.

I have done transactions in the past with Olivia and I have always had great experiences with her. All the roaches arrive alive and she does include a healthy overcount and sex ratio with each purchase. Considering I do most of my orders during the wee hours because I work graveyard, she always answers my orders promptly and are shipped out quickly. She is incredible and I will never go anywhere else for roaches. Olivia is top notch.
