incubation substrate

what kind of substrate do i need to incubate my tegu eggs in? no big words please, just plain and easy to understand, example: (dirt,hay,mulch)

Well I hate to use big words, but there is no easy way to say it. I do not know of any breeders that use dirt, moss, or mulch as a medium to incubate tegus. I find that a mixture of 50% Vermiculite to 50% Perlite is a great incubation medium. This stuff is easy to find at most garden centers.
