beware of this person last month he contacted me on purchaseing some baby alternas that i have for sale and he made me a offer that i kindly turned down to which he replied that he could get them locally for the offer that he made me and that i didnt know what i was doing to which i replied to feel free to do so well today he emails me the same off to which i reply sorry im not interested . thats all nothing more nothing less to which i recieved this email from him

If you are too stupid to take a lousy $35 loss for shipping - fine; they are yours and I have no problem with that. The virus you sent to me has been isolated and documented so that it may be turned over to the proper authorities for prosecution, which I assure you I will pursue to the fullest. I have also filed a formal complaint with your internet carrier, AOL and Pethobbyist administration. Hopefully you and I will meet at the Daytona show next year and I can return the favor in person. now my computer has recently broke down and i have to borrow a loaner so i really didnt know if i had sent him a virus or not but after downloading nortons into it and all the live updates i have run a full systems scan and it shows that this computer is virus free so he didnt recieve any viruses from me i have the recent emails from this person only i dont know how to post them other than copieing and pasteing i strongly suggest that people think twice before dealing with this person as you all can plainly see the elevator dosent reach the top floor and he is just a problem waiting to happen do yopur selves a favor just stay away

He conducts bizz very well and I have met him in person once and done bizz with him... & I must say he is cooler than the other side of my pillow... & our deal was perfect...... When you say you have done business with him, was it just the one time in person. There are many bad guys in this business, who seem fine when dealt with face to face, obviously they can't rip you off face to face. I personally probably wouldn't deal with him just from the character of his e-mail. First off, that "I isolated it and documented" garbage about the virus is a joke, If he reprted that to the police, they would probably arrest him for wasting everybody's time, at the least they would be laughing at him. Then he threatens him with bodily harm.
Now I say probably, because not knowing either party here, the OP may have sent a bad e-mail first, and the posted e-mail is a reply to that one. Assuming though that he just sent this e-mail because the guy refused his offer, I for sure would avoid that person.

Yeah Mike, Bob Sloan is real cool. So cool, in fact, that he's been banned from this site multiple times due to his criminal behavior.

He's so cool, that I'm currently working with the Val Verde County Sheriff's Office as well as the FBI field office in San Antonio to have this schmuck put away on several charges.

One of his various psudonyms on this site used a www link in it's profile to a website advertising "preteen porn."

Yeah, he's a real classy guy alright. No, it's not just sellers that need to beware of Sloan. Everybody needs to beware of that criminal.

Take his threat and his insults with a grain of sand and move on. Obviously you had something he wanted but didint want to pay the shipping charge for. If they were available locally he would have picked them up and never emailed you to begin with. If he received a virus from your computer and his virus scanner caught it, well.....it did its job. End of story.
