Sorry about all these hoops to jump through, but I am quite serious about blocking spammers and scammers at the gate on this site and am doing the very best that I can to that effect. Trust me, I would rather be doing more interesting things with my time, and wouldn't be making this effort if I didn't think it was worthwhile.

need the name of a lizard i seen earlier!!
stupid me should of wrote it down, or took a picture.. but i was at the columbus ohio reptile show this morning, and i seen a green/blue lizard.. look gorgeous!! it closely resembled a tegu, or some monitor.. it was only about 6 inches, and the lady said they dont get much bigger.. wasnt costly, only 18 bucks each.. does anyone know what there might of been?? they were neat.. wouldnt mind doing some research and maybe getting a few next time.. thanks alot..

Possibly a rainbow whiptail or ameiva [ juvenile as both get larger than 6 inches ] Many times the vendors at those shows don't even know what is on their table as there are many wild-caught and they will give an incorrect name.

it definitely was an ameiva! thanks.. i just thought it looked so cool.. and they called it something i never even heard of.. thanks alot..
