Treating/Identifying URI

Hello,
2 of my Ball Pythons, which I have offered for sale, which obviously are not for sale since they have developed this problem, have what I believe to be URI. They have a clear fluid, in some places frothy. I was told URI, or possibly stomatis. I would love some help, I have them all seperated, and I swabbed out the fluids.
What else should I do? They are going to the vet, but it wont be for a few days, as the herp vet is only there 2 days a week.
Any ideas, besides raising heat on what I can do to treat these little guys before they are taken to the vet. Any home remedies anybody has had success with?
Thanks

If the snake has gotten to the stage of frothing the only thing thats going to help is antiboitics. Raising the heat will help to a certin degree but it sounds like a vet is in order..
